Mold remodel and restoration. This home was located on the TPC golf course in Blaine. We did extensive work to rehab the home from the severe mold, water, and moisture damage it experienced after pipes froze and burst in the upper bathroom. The home was stripped, treated, refinished, and passed inspection shortly after.
